The American injustice system.
Just watch how that those who are guilty of making this judicial
system, "The American injustice system," deny that they are guilty of
doing so.
No real criminal says that I am guilty, they deny everything that they
did wrong, and say that they are innocent, while violently condemning
others that do crimes like what they do. And just so you can find that
truth out for yourself, go to a prison full of guilty prisoners, and
ask them how many of them are guilty of their crimes, and when they
say that they are innocent and were set up, ask them what they think
of people that actually commit the crimes that they were accused of! I
think many of you will not only be surprised at how many guilty people
actually say that they are innocent, and were set up, I think many of
you will also be surprised at the number of innocent people that were
wrongly convicted, because they were actually set up by the guilty
that claim to be innocent, and that is because the guilty denying
their guilt always blame someone else, for the crimes that they
themselves actually committed. In America to protect the falsely
accused, that is why we use to have a Law that no one was to be
presumed or treated as guilty, until found guilty beyond a reasonable
doubt in a Just Court of Law. Now they treat you as if you were
guilty, and falsely say that they presume you to be innocent, but
innocent people are not suppose to be handcuffed and jailed, and be
beat by guards and other prisoners. To protect the innocent from that,
people are suppose to be presumed or treated as innocent until they
are found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, in a Just Court of Law,
unless there is an arraignment where the prosecutor provides enough
evident to the Court, to show the Judge that that accused suspect is a
danger to the Public, and if the Judge gets enough evidence, then the
Judge can hold them against their will for a Jury Trial, as he sets or
denies bail, and that is suppose to be done immediately when the
Police bring them in, not the next or a few days later. But because
for all practical purposes these Laws were thrown out, because no
Court or Law Enforcement Agency obeys them, because they say that it
takes too much time and money to obey the Law, now not only are non
violent people being wrongly jailed, falsely accused innocent people
are also being wrongly jailed, and are being abused by the Courts, the
Guards, and other prisoners.
