I created a small training company after I got married. The company
has very little assets since we basically have trainers who go to
other companies and train their employees.
In case of divorce I understand that 50% of all assets go to my wife.
Does that mean that I have to give her 50% of the company control
(legal rights) or just the assets (money and equipments)?
