My neighbors from hell started 5 years ago this conspiracy when they
first arrived on my block. This was and is unwarranted, unwanted,
unprovoked and something I would expect from those as hateful as a
college physics instructor and his family especially a now physically
turned 18 year old. According to their logic anyone who hates sports
and is disabled and lives with family and you can guess the rest.
These life forms have spread their hate all around the neighborhood
and over the years here we all are at this point. I RARELY SPEAK to
their children other than to return remarks to the category of "hello
Doug, how are you? Or hi Doug, How ya doing? Other than that, I have
yet to receive the most common of decency and maturity any neighbor
telling me of a problem. I am the victim of a very extremely vicious
and most pre meditated, heinous neighborhood conspiracy. In my
opinion this family since their 1st arrival on my street bought
nothing but negative things in my direction.
I have yet to have the smallest of particle of a molecule of
intelligence to see and understand anything about solving this entire
situation for myself. I have NOT 1 CLUE of how to begin. I did NOT
in any way, shape, form start any of this. If any neighbor has or had
a problem with me I would have gladly listened and worked things out
peacefully. I have not been issued the courtesy or the most common
civilized decency by any neighbor in this situation. I have NEVER in
my life been treated in such a nightmarish horrid manner by anyone. I
have made POLICE REPORT AFTER POLICE REPORT and I have NEVER seen any
help other than maybe a few extra patrols. This alone shows me that
my best interest is not a priority as I am a target. And what is
worse, I have no idea of how to find out truthfully what is it that
they want and why is all this happening to me. I admit that I exposed
the truth of the wrongs committed and any cover up I can see. I know
there are at least 1-2 other law enforcement agencies involved in this
situation.
I like to DEMONSTRATE what happens to innocent people who are still
targets of those officers who enjoy WASTING THE TAX PAYER DOLLARS.
The proof in seeing for you, I am located in CONCORD CALIFORNIA.,
COUNTY OF CONTRA COSTA. I have been to our local police department
headquarters along with family on numerous occasions and still told
NOT WANTED AND NO WARRENTS OUR OUT ON ME. I also have been to the
Sheriff's Department in Martinez and told the same thing. Why threats
from various so called "officers of the law" are still commencing? I
have done nothing to them or to anyone to deserve any of this
unnecessary harsh treatment.
I also keep hearing we are waiting for him to come to us and to talk
to us of which would NEVER HAPPEN especially after their threats on my
life, my health, my family, my pet dog and anything and everyone that
has some special meaning to me. I get a good laugh when I still hear
them yelling and telling each other of and I quote "all we want to do
is to talk to him, all we want to do is to help him". Additionally I
have been hearing for the past few months of "DON'T TALK TO HIM, JUST
TAKE HIM. IF HE DOESN'T COME OUT RERAL SOON THEN WE'LL JUST GO IN AND
TAK HIM." I much aware if I go outside looking for them, that I will
most assuredly be either killed, removed and never heard from and seen
again as they have promised and guaranteed that to me.
I have received all kinds of threats, constant drive bys, followed
any and
Everywhere I go. Making matters worse for me I am chased, and forced
to be shut in my own house too afraid to be alone. I think I can
re-write the definition of the term justifiably paranoid. Additionally
I have been hearing for the past few months of "DON'T TALK TO HIM,
JUST TAKE HIM. IF HE DOESN'T COME OUT RERAL SOON THEN WE'LL JUST GO
IN AND TAK HIM." I much aware if I go outside looking for them, that I
will most assuredly be either killed, removed and never heard from and
seen again as they have promised and guaranteed that to me.
The MEIDCAL HARM caused alone, in less than a 2 year period of this
intentional abuse is tremendous. I have suffered HEART ATTACKS,
STROKES, COLOITIS any form ATTACKS, CHOMES ATTACKS and other assorted
medical problems in my already deterioration in medical problems and
health. I view this as INTENTIONAL ATTAMPTED MURDER of the most
unwarranted, unprovoked and severely CRULEST of known to the civilized
and uncivilized world.
I can't help but to wonder what types of legal measures I should take
and how much over 1 billion dollars from EACH agency involved I should
seek in damages. Especially since the local police REFUSED to help me
but OFFERED TO HELP the neighbors and in my eyes and opinion, GREEN
LIGHTING all these problems to become gigantic do what ever it takes
to hurt me. This includes any help from other law enforcement
agencies involved in this conspiracy against me. This to me
illustrates an excellent of your TAX DOLLARS AT INTENTIONAL WASTE! I
am just 1 person I am made to look like a super villain of the highest
or lowest caliber.
If anyone can at least tell me of a local private investigator and
legal help I would be most grateful. Then I could find other things
to do with my time other than to update the internet as to the total
and absolute truth of what is happening to me.
At the very minimum I am asking for help in ending the situation that
I can not handle alone and too much fear, my medical health is not up
to even getting near it and I especially can't deal with it on any
level. I have yet to find a competent and properly fit and qualified
lawyer to help. Then again I have no financial support to pay for one
and have not clued what else to do other than take it to the internet
and BEG FOR HELP.
I AM AND WILL PUBLICALLY CONTINUE TO OFFER TO SWEAR TO ALL OF THIS ON
INTERNATION TELEVISON AND ANY MEIDA NECESSARY OR AS SEEN FIT. BY THIS
I MEAN AS ACCURATE, TRUTHFUL AND CORRECT.
