I am VIOLATED in the most heinous way by certain members of the LAW
ENFORCMENT in CONCORD CALIFORNIA and by members of LAW ENFORCMENT in
CONTRA COSTA COUNTY. They tried to KILL ME by using my MEDICAL and
HEALTH CONDITION AGAINST ME and added new MEDIC
