with intent to injure at Lower Hutt Police Station. It was rejected by Senior Sergeant Evan M
Wicks -- initially on the grounds that it was a "civil matt

Why do these so called LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS intentionally
UNPROFESSIONAL and always TERRORIZING innocent people in bad health
in attempts to KILL THEM?
I have been a nice person and kept quiet from years of being ABUSED in
