I'm under appellant (pro se) in the Florida court to try to save my Real Estate license. Throughout the case the Department of Business and Professional Regulation has been playing games with me. For example, recently they said they ordered transcripts (which are essential to my case). I have it in an email. I called the court reporter direct and it turns out they never ordered them. The 20 days the court gave them is up. 1) Is this a good opportunity to try for a Summary Judgment. Or is there a better form motioning? 2) Which is the entity that would police the DBPR? Who do you notify that the law is being broken. -- Thank you, Hal
