My wife was let go without notice from a celebrity in Los Angeles. This guy
was the worst of human beings. He treats people like slaves and then dumps
them like garbage and then does not pay them what he owes. My wife filed for
her unemployment insurance to get through the time until she could find
another position. She was denied because he claims she quit. We will be
going to an unemployment hearing in a couple of weeks. Can he get away with
this? Is it her word against his? She did quit. He lied on a government
document. Can someone help with this question?
