I'm appealing a case in Florida Court of Appeals (Pro-Se). I lost my Real Estate license as a default judgment from a 5 year old case (filled out my application wrong. Didn't mention prior arrest 23 years ago). I've appealed the case to the Fourth District Court of Appeals in Florida. The problem is the DBPR is 60 days late in obtaining the transcripts essential to my case. The court gave them 20 days, they've caused me to ask for 3 continuances to file my brief. Meanwhile I can't practicecReal Estate which I have for the past 5 years. Is this grounds to ask for a summary judgment? What can be done? The court reporter said they did NOT order the transcripts, the DBPR is lying and saying they did order them. They've been playing dirty for the 5 years they've been prosecuting this. Should I go to the Media or the Governor? There's lot's of illegal, dirty things they've done. And the lies are on audio tape (broken answering machine. doesn't disconnect when I pick up.) -- Thank you, Hal
