Doesn't seven years passage required to declare Steve Fosset dead?
I thought seven years time must pass before a person is presumed dead. Mrs. Fossett wants the process done in only three months. Suppose she wrecks his estate and he shows up. Then what? I think Steve's estate should go into conservatorship and the old
