hold the LAW ENFORCEMENT community in Concord and in Contra Costa
County RESPONSIBLE for all the hate still at me by their own people.
The unprofessionallism is so professional by their actions.
For EACH time I am bothered, harassed, threatened etc When I am trying
to sleep or if I am followed I will can make it public and will post
it on the internet. I can and will put up publically to what is
illegally happening to me. I do know that my home is still
electronically bugged by them and my phones are still tapped. They
still interfere with my internet of which is a federal felony. I am
still being slept deprived, harassed, annoyed, and bothered ALL
ILLEGALLY from these so called law enforcement officers. I will
continue to update the internet per time per day. These maggots stress
me out, threats of arrest and removal. And yet all law enforcement
REFUSED to go to the neighbors behind all of this and order them to
leave me alone and also them refuse to talk and refuse to arrest them.
I am DENIIED PROTECTION. I AM NOT PROTECTED AND SERVED in what is a
positive since to me.
I also know that the law enforcement community uses neighbor's homes
and property as temporary bases to spy on me. When we are asleep or
watching TV late at night the raw untreatable sewage vermin who are
these so called law enforcement officers illegally invade our property
ripping down legal and lawful warning signs of no trespassing and
private property. I see that Law Enforcement in CONCORD and in Contra
Costa County California still lets HATE crimes, Terrorism, Crimes
against the disabled, weak, elderly welcomed and encouraged. Once
again the vermin that is these so called LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS are
in VIOLATION of our basic rights. Our signs are constantly being
INTENTIONALLY TORN / RIPPED down by the vermin that is these so called
LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS. Once again we have had our home and property
INTENTIONALY VIOLATED by the vermin that is these so called LAW
ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS. The vermin that is these so called LAW
ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS have ILLEGALLY and extremely intentionally
VIOLATED our home by damage that is now over an easy $15-20,000.00.
The vermin who are these so called LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS who feel,
act, behave and conduct themselves that they are above the law, break
the law any time that they wish and how the wish to do so. However I
am the target and I have yet to see 1 of the vermin who are these so
called LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS officer of any law enforcement agency
give me the decency, proper contact etc and speak to me directly. I
am asking the public to DEMAND answers from every public, city, local,
county, state and federal official, of how much money is being paid by
this family to law enforcement officers and what favors are being
exchanged for all this illegal, unmoral, unethical, and unprofessional
behavior and illegal actions of these so called law enforcement
officers to let this continue to happen.

In an effort to keep active and alert in order to better myself just
in case 1 day I am well enough to rejoin the working world in
electronics I have put up notices for donations. Now I am told by
these vermin so called law enforcement officers another fraud etc.
Since there is NOTHING illegal in asking for help for my endeavor
below is an exact copy that I have put up in stores and on the
internet. I would love to return to the working world. Doctors say I
can have something to do just a few hours each day as I an un capable
of keeping on my feet for normal amount of time or even close to it.

Hello:
I am asking for any help that I may please receive. I am requesting
DONATIONS in ANY CONDITION of electronic items. (Broken, working,
needs repair, good for parts).
I am requesting these donations in the following categories.
Audio, Video, Communications, Laser, Robotics, Satellite, Computer,
Test Equipment etc. DESPERATELYNEED VIDEO CAMERA'S.
In ANY condition, Broken, Damaged, Working, Non Working, Repairable,
Good For parts.
Being disabled is not fun as standing up on feet is a real pain
however be unable to work is a real pain. I love electronics; I hope
when and if medical get better to be employable again. However the
only way to keep active is the ability to keep going and keep
coherent, is to keep tinkering, trying to design or redesign and test
out new ideas. I also like to try to keep up on trends and keep
ability to do things. Electronics is more than a hobby it is a life
style.
I like to share knowledge with others, I love to tutor beginners and
learn new things. If any help that I can please get, I would be
greatly appreciative. If I can be of help let me know. I am located in
Concord California.
Being unemployed with no transportation to call my own gives me time
on my hands and nothing is more miserable than to feel unproductive
and trapped at home at the mercy of who ever you can get out of the
house with. If I had a job than I could earn myself a vehicle with a
heart set on a passenger van.
I would love to work in the broadcast or electronics industry even if
it means just pushing buttons, anything to work in a field that I
dearly love.

I see nothing wrong with that notice asking for help. I am not
deceiving or fooling anyone. I am just asking for donations and help
so I can keep alert, coherent, spend time wisely and most important
gives me something to do and I can not only see but I can also hear my
successes and failures. I am being straight forward and honest with
nothing to hide or even cover. I been doing this for years and in that
time span I have been helped by very kind considerate people. I
realize the law enforcement likes it to keep me down so I can be
hurting and never a chance to
