I have a legal situation that I can't find answers to. Let me first
explain the situation.
In 1995 my brother got divorced and paid the court settlement.
He had 4 children.
After the divorce he began his financial planning creating trust funds

Is it valid to sign/notarize a Last Will & Testament in another state
(nevada) other than the one you reside in (oklahoma)?
