I recently got a job offer from an out of state firm. I had signed
terms of agreement with that firm 4 days ago (on 08/10/2004) with a
start date on 08/23/3004.

foreclosed on, and sold over 18 months ago, and the amount 'left over'
after the foreclosure proceedings was sent
