I am travelling to the US shortly and was reading on

Waiver Programme. On this page, it states that:

Many thanks to all who responded to the original post. Just to clarify
matters, I've spoken to the embassy and if you've ever been arrested by the
police, for anything, no matter what the outcome of the case, you cannot
travel under the Visa Waiver

When this went to court, the case was dismissed due to extenuating
circumstances (I was defending ,myself). Therefore I have no criminal

I have a UK police caution for an offense that likely renders me
