I would appreciate opinions on the merits of the following scenario.
A business is sending me promotional materials.
I don't want them, so I call and request to stop sending me anything.
They say OK but continue.
Then I send them a letter: "ef

I have a friend that wants me to backup (transfer?) their records onto
CD so they can put them on the shelf and just listen to the CDs. Is
this legal? Also, is it legal for me to sell them my records along
