Envolved parties:
Supplier - provides application programming
Customer - contracts supplier and runs application in the Internet.
Responsible for providing content.
Situation:
How can the supplier protect himself against copyright violation.
* Single statement, like "disclose from content ... just technical ..."?
* Does that statement need to be signed by customer in order to be
effective?
Any help (templates, resources) is highly appreciated!
