whether joint bank accounts are part of the estate, or whether they pass
outside of it.
Every respondent, including myself, stated that such accounts pass to the
joint owner.

I have a name for a computer program that I saw someone else had, but
after searching I cannot find where they, or anyone else, has
trademarked the name of the system. If I pay $35 for a trademark name
(no logo, just the name), can I be sued for that?
