Joint Bank Account Part Of Estate?
Between January 14 and 16 there was a thread in this ng on the question of whether joint bank accounts are part of the estate, or whether they pass outside of it. Every respondent, including myself, stated that such accounts pass to the joint owner.

Can I be sued for creating a trademark?
I have a name for a computer program that I saw someone else had, but after searching I cannot find where they, or anyone else, has trademarked the name of the system. If I pay $35 for a trademark name (no logo, just the name), can I be sued for that?
