My ex owes me money per our divorce decree.
6 months later she paid me 2/3 and complained about how hard her life is.
The check is marked "payment in full".
This is in Ohio, what can I do?
I do not beleive I waive my rights under Accord and Satisfaction because
there is no bonafide dispute. She agreed to pay XXX on a credit card, and
now wants to offer XX.
