Hello,
I have a rather different question about corporations and LLC's in
situations that I have yet to see discussed.
What is the best structure to "reverse-liability-protect" a
corporation from the personal obligations of it's directors?

Hi there everyone,
I'm in need of a little advice.
I run a small home based business (company ABC), and one of my clients
is (company DEF). I have no part in company DEF.
The other day I received a call from lawyer who proceeded to inform me
that

I am 70 yrs. old. Social Security is my only income. Can the State of
Michigan take money from my Social Security check for back taxes and non
filing penalties, that i do not owe but can't prove?
