My mother passed away last summer. She was reciving a pension and SS.
She had some joint savings accounts and CD's in my and my brothers
name. While she was in the hospital dying, we carried out her wishes
to transfer her accounts. No will was probated

He borrowed the money last march to pay his property tax.
