I'm a former employee of a firm named Cleanscape Software that's
presently located in Palo Alto, California. I was terminated in 2003
after a series of events that may have involved illegal actions on the
part of the company's CEO.

I wanted to open a bank account at capital one, however, fdic
insurance only covers up to 100,000, should I add a joint account
holder so it covers me up to 200,000 or should I just take the risk
that the bank won't go under with regular FDIC INsurance

are unvested stock options obtained during the marriage part of the
