I am planning to take the patent bar exam, with the intention of becoming a patent agent. Since I have not gone to law school, I need to learn from scratch all the associated legal issues. (I do have the necessary B.A. with credits in physics to take the patent bar exam, and become a patent agent.) I will probably take a review course, but in addition to that, I would like to have some books to work from. So far the only book I can find listed is "Patent Bar Exam: The Best Test Preparation and Review Course", by the Research and Education Association. I had troubles finding any other books, either at the book store or via Amazon. Can anyone tell me if the book named above is an effective book for learning the necessary material? Also, can anyone recommend any other books that I was failed to uncover? Thanks in advance for all replies. Steve O.
