My home is under contract for sale to a builder. He didn't like the first plat of survey and wants another one done. He didn't like the footage on the first one so we ordered a new one. So far, the results haven't come in yet. We were stupid enough to sell the home to him for less than its market value. What are the repercusions if we try and cancel the contract? Is that even a possibility? The contract is a standard home contract from a real estate agency. This transaction has been pending for about 40 days now. Any help would be appreciated. FL
