Can't find lawyer
I was looking for a specific lawyer in Boston. I knew his name. I couldn't find him in the yellow pages. I couldn't find him listed at Lawyers.com, I couldn't find him listed in Martindale-Hubbard. Then I looked for his firm. I couldn't find that

I got a speeding ticket while on non-reporting probation...
Ok so in february i was involved in an accident with a fixed object where i was subsequently convicted of leaving the scene (Hit and Run fixed object). I was given a 3 month suspended jail sentance, dependant on 12 months of non-reporting probation.

Director's Fiduciary responsibility to preferred SH?
Other than to obey the terms of the stock subscription, do company directors have any fiduciary responsibility to preferred stockholders? It seems to me that preferred stock is comparable to debt, rather than equity, but I don't know how that is viewed
