Landlord/Tenant, Pennsylvania

This is the problem I'm having.
I was unlawfully evicted from my home by means of self-help. I had a
purchasing agreement for the home I was renting to own and a landlord
affidavit. I never received a notice to quite or an eviction notice in
accordance to the law. No court order had been entered granting
possession to the adverse parties.
My home sat on the neighbor's land. It had been for sale quite some
time. The owner had to sell due to debts, back taxes and mortgage that
was owed, and other liens. I was told by the realtor that when the place
was sold I could continue renting the lot or move my mobile home.
I returned home to find my landlords, their family, the buyer, and the
realtor on my property. The back door had been broken into. My
possessions where being removed from my home. Some was stolen but most
was burnt. They demanded me to give them my lease or they would take
everything I had away from me. When I refused, they threatened to kill
me and my pets.
I called the State Police. While waiting for them, they threatened and
intimidated me. Some of things things said were, "We already spoke to
the police and they know what's going on". "They don't care about people
like you". "We're doing their job for them". "They're happy we're
cleaning up the neighborhood". "The neighbors won't help either". "They
don't want people like you in their neighborhood". "You're a burden on
society". "Your kind aren't wanted". I believe they said these things
because I am handicapped.
When the police arrived they did nothing to help me or to stop them. I
showed them rent receipts, cancelled checks, and bills to prove I lived
there. I pointed out that there was no sheriff or an eviction notice. I
asked them to call the District Justice to prove that an eviction wasn't
filed. I pointed out that this was illegal and that I wanted them
charged with arson, assault, terroristic threats, breaking and entering,
theft, etc. They replied "this is a civil problem, not criminal".
Despite the fact they claimed "We don't get involved with civil
problems", they ordered me to leave the property or I would be arrested.

Since then, I had to contact the police on other problems related to
that day. These include terrorists threats, harassment, car abandonment,
and criminal mischief. The police still refused to help or make any
arrests stating it's a civil problem.
Any advice? TY
