My son, wife, and new grandson live in McKinney, TX.

In my divorce case, the CA superior court ruled that my ex-wife should
pay me a certain penalty.
It has been about a year and she has ignored the court ruling.
She lives and work in Texas and per TX state laws I cannot garnish her
wages.
