False Imprisonment ? Recourse ?
I was arrested on April 21, 2004, on a stalking warrant. The warrant is bogus, but I'll deal with that in court. I was released the same day but was re-arrested on the 23rd of April, for supposedly violating a restraining order. I was jailed for 3 d
