My wife and I are British and we made out wills in Britain (England and

Some vendors, e.g. Dish TV, have announced that when paid by check they
will destroy the check and initiate a direct transfer from the
customer's checking account. This actually happened to me this month. I
am wondering about the legality of this:

Someone has told me that it is illegal for a merchant to randomly
discriminate by offering different prices for the same wares.
This does not concern personal services - we're talking "pencils".

and it was Fed Ex'd to me in NY. I obtained an RMA number and
