Can I record a customer service call?
I have conversations with Customer Service Reps (CSR's) often. They often say anything to resolve an issue, which I rely on and then often turns out to be wrong and causes great aggravation and wasted time. Can I record these customer service calls?

Void Judgments
Who can offer some details about filing a motion to vacate a void judgment (in a civil case). Is it called a "Motion" or a "Petition?" Where should it be filed? Does any kind of evidence need to be incorporated in a charge of fraud upon the court? ...e
