Does California have harassment laws like the State of New York?
I found the various anti-harassment laws in New York to be very
helpful in protecting me from criminals. At work, I am being hounded
by somebody in a way that is, or at least would be

We own a house which we rent out. The property which joins it on the back is a

My Father transfered some real estate into my name before he passed
