I do contract technical work. A contract from a small job shop --
call is SJS -- contained a non-compete clause. Seemed pretty
standard, except the way it's worded clearly implies that I cannot go
out and find work with *any* company for whom SJS sup

I would appreciate if any one could please let me know how to start

The state is Florida.
If a Grantor does a Quit Claim on her residence but retains a
life estate, does the Grantor have the right to move to another
place and rent out the residence specified in the Quit Claim ?
