Hello Folks!
Wondering if there's any real attorneys on this newsgroup. I'm just getting
ready to head on over to the courthouse and wondering if I could've gotten
out of this.
I work at a nonprofit agency that deals with families in crisis. Every

Why would anyone feel that they have the right to an easement on someone else's
property without permission? Is there not a difference between theft and
prescriptive easements? I can't imagine a property owner knowingly allowing
this type of access to

There is a federal fax law in the US that prohibits faxing unsolicited
commercial advertisements to companies and individuals (see below).
What if you fax business with a fax requesting scap cardboard. You fax
a notices saying "Scrap Carboard Needed".
