CPA or lawyer to tweak existing will, Living Trust

The document of my Living Trust, including my Will, is over 12 years old now
and I need to review them and make some changes. A friend suggested that a CPA
would be a person better suited to do this than a lawyer. Is that correct? The
LT/Will were made in California by a bank which since has been swallowed up bya
another bank; currently I live, and intend to keep living indefinitely, in
Louisiana. I have complete control over both Will and Trust as long as I am
legally competent.

A CPA may be the best person to determine if the estate plan you have
works for you currently. But you should have a lawyer draft the
proper documents.

While the documents may be fine, I'd be uneasy unless I had them
checked out.
