A CPA may be the best person to determine if the estate plan you have
works for you currently. But you should have a lawyer draft the
proper documents.
The LT/Will were made in California by a bank which since
has been swallowed up bya another bank;
While the documents may be fine, I'd be uneasy unless I had them
checked out.
