Hello all. I have never had insurance on my car, as my state
(Wisconsin) doesn't require it. Is it legal to drive in to California

I understand the Supreme Court has recently ruled that I must identify
myself if asked. Do I have to prove it, or simply say who I am? I
assume I can be charged with something if I lie.

I was a first semester law student at a law school.
I am told I failed a final exam in Legal Research
and Writing. I asked for a copy of the exam and my
answer. The professor refused me a copy.

When I got my apartment from the landlord (in Rhode Island) it was not
spotless. It needed about an hour of dusting and cleaning before it
