Neighbor's Huge Dog Barks at Night
My neighbor has adopted a huge hunting dog. Of course, it occasionally barks and I can tolerate its barking in the daytime. But, they leave the dog outside at night for hours (even at midnight) and the dog occasionally barks. I can't stand it at night
