I am a newcomer to this forum. I have a situation that I would like to
share and seek your opinions and thoughts please. Please read the

In Oct 2000, I was involved in a minor fender bender. I was travelling
at about 10 mph because I

When I rented my first apartment. I received the lease from
the leasing agent. I was to sign the lease and return it in a
postage paid envelope to the leasing office.
Once the leasing office received it they would sign it and
return a copy to me.

I filed a trademark application to use a name which I'll say
was "PURPLE WIDGETS" although that IS NOT the name I used.
When I filed the application the Trademark Office search
turned up several others who wanted to trademark the name
PURPLE WIDG

A local ford dealer damaged my heating system while repairing a
