I live in Washington State. According to our state law, any expired lease
agreement becomes a month-to-month agreement when the landlord accepts your
first rent payment after the lease is expired.

I am going for physical therapy. I have gone about ten times. I did not
think there was a co-payment, but today on my 10th visit I was told that I
owe co-payments for my previous visits. I paid for today,but am I obligated
