My stepmom has a life estate in a deed of land to me dated 1994, this
deed has no stipulations. In my dad's will written in 1992 but

I was rear ended several months ago. Several days after the accident the
other driver's insurance company called and said they would accept full
liability. I had my insurance company transfer all the paperwork to the
other driver's insurance company.

Or has "Suicide By Cop" been around for a long period of time?
Personally, I don't believe "Suicide By Cop" is any less different

We signed a contract with an accountant that ended up not doing a heck of a
lot for the money we paid her. The contract really was with her LLC, but
she's the only member and does all the work. There is no distinction
