Let's say someone buys a domain on eBay which a common name or
surname, say george.com or smith.com . If that person has no legal
tie to the name is that person then considered to be cybersquatting?

I checked the Trademark office and REMAX doesn't have the domain
www.exitremax.com trademarked, but they DO have REMAX and REMAX.com.
Is naming a website exitremax.com or anything ...remax.com a trademark
violation?
