PA Probate
My father recently passed away and does not have a will. He was a resident of Mifflin County, PA. I am an only stepson and was beneficiary on his IRA's. Do I have any legal claim to the rest of his estate.

Small Claims Court in Florida
Hi. Does anyone know how to go about filing a small claims suit against a company here in Florida? It is against Humana Insurance, based in another state. Is there a federal "version" of small claims? How do I find out where their Florida office is?
