I am not a lawyer and I would like to know if punitive damages are
available if hotel staff misinform me about the hotel's liability

I'm tired of being in-house counsel and really think I can run my own
shop, my own way, but I don't have the experience to go it alone. Not
qualified to join a mega-firm, and can't downsize my lifestyle to work
