I'm going for a mortgage and I noticed that the bank requires my hazard

I received a $30 parking ticket from the University of Wisconsin
Transportation Department on the Madison Campus. I was parked in a lot
that required a parking permit. My car was there for no more than five
minutes while I ran into a builidng to submit

As a California employer and employee, I've researched the
answers to these questions. A person claiming to be a
California attorney differs. (I didn't check his BAR number,
but I believe him to be an attorney.) Any specifics would
