suspended license need to get a restricted license

Here's the deal: I got a ticket for allowing, nothing I could do, my
granddaughter to remove her seat belt while driving 45 MPH down US24
highway. Minutes latter I filed for a formal hearing and made my
appearance in writing. I got my copy time stamped from the clerk. My
address on my license was in Taylor, I had moved and didn't get to
change it until 7 days after the ticket. I filed my request and
appearance with my correct address.
Well you might have guessed the rest from my subject line, I never got
the hearing notice, default notice and order of default. I went down to
court to find out what was going on. That was 11.10.2004 the day before
veterans day. They were closed both days.
Next after Xmas I get the ultimate notice that my license is now
suspended effective 16th of December. Real nice Xmas present. I call
the police to find out if a warrent was issued for my arrest, they
refuse to tell that information. I finally call the court and they tell
me no arrest warrent was issued.
Time to appeal the ticket is up and I'd have to motion for leave for
application for appeal providing I could get the default set aside.
Time to appeal to the Secretary of State is gone after 14 days of my
suspension. I could petition the circuit court to appeal the Secretary
of State's decision. Lastly I could go to Federal District Court and
sue the Secretary of State.
My net worth is highly negative I don't have a steady job, I would need
to be able to drive to get a good job. I have 2 cars but can't sell
them because you need a valid drivers license to transfer the title at
the secretary of states office. I can't renew my tabs on my cars I
can't get any more insurance for my cars even if I had the money. I
can't even buy a car. I had to send my drivers license to the secretary
of state because possesion of a suspended license is a crime. I can't
afford a Michigan state ID
If this isn't slavery I don't know what is. I have no rights I can't
make a living above the poverty level. My driving record is clean and I
haven't as of yet committed a crime. If I can't get my sanctions paid I
will be committing a crime so says the court clerk.
Towit, what is going to be the fastest way to get this resolved if I
can't get enough money to pay off my slavemasters, in another 60 days,
so they tell me I will have committed a crime?
