I recently lost my credit card. There have since been unauthorized
charges on my account. I reported it to the issuing bank and they have
credited my account for the unauthorized activity. The bank is now in

I was recently a plaintiff in a civil action.
The defendant and one of his witnesses lied throughout the hearing.
It was mostly lies. And this was perjury, these lies certainly did
affect the entire hearing and the outcome.

If someone knows that a crime is about to occur but does not inform the
police, is that person liable in some way? What if this person sees the
crime occur mid-action? Does the law dictate here that him/her inform
