Car leases and purchases are highly regulated in some states, and
the rules vary by state. Depending on the state you are in, having
a generic and/or free agreement could end up costing you a lot of
money, so don't do it.
Look for a car-dealer industry group in your state, and see if you
can buy the contract from them. It shouldn't be too expensive.
