On the day I was going to close the sale of a new house that I was
going to buy, I had a major flood in the basement. The seller (previous
owner) contacted his insurance and asked a Disaster Clean Up company to

and replaced the part, and then called abck to say the car was still
having the same problem. Do I have to pay for the first repair? Or

My SO's elderly parents are in the process of getting qualified
