Does anyone know if you go bankrupt how long does this last for and
what are the full terms to this, is there any websites realting to
this???

I was wondering, and I hope someone can help, if it is possible to bankrupt
withholding taxes accessed against me 13 years ago. I owned a corporation
that went out of business 13 years ago and at that time I hadn't paid the
employee withholding taxes

I have looked for this answer in the FDCPA and I didnt find it,
though it must be in there.
If someone owes a debt (from a stipulation) and is late with the
payment, the collection agency calls and says they will get a judgement
if they do not rec

Looking at a civil court record I see a judgement W/O trial in the
disp part of the record.
What is a judgement without trial mean,
I didnt think it was possible to even get any kind of judgement
without a trial,
And there was no service
