Disputed Corp. debt and collection effort
In 2001, I dissolved my C Corporation. I duly notified all the business creditors of the impending dissolution and asked them to submit their final invoices for payment. Phone Directory Company sent a bill for 250.00, marked "final bill" on the face. I
