The Last Will of a Parent and the Childrens Rights

My wife's mother was born and buried in Texas, but she died in Georgia.
Her mother was living with her oldest daughter in Georgia when she passed.
Does the law require that a copy of the will be sent to my wife.
I'm afraid her older sister will try to keep my wife from seeing the will.

I'm not familiar with either Texas nor Georgia law, but California
and Indiana law require that all heirs be informed of and agree to
the selection of the administrator, or the administration is keep
under close supervision of the Court. (I THINK Texas law holds here,
but I'm not absolutely certain.)

I think I've got the problem resolved, but, if you E-mail me
and it bounces, a second try might work.
However, please reply in newsgroup.
