Punctuation can be very important, particularly in contracts. If a company's name is "Blue Inc", for uniqueness, that could be a protected name, and could become "Blue Inc, Inc.". But I don't think "Blue Inc." would be legal. -

How long do you have to cash a check?
I get a dividend check about once every 3 months. The checks are so small that it is not worth making a trip to the bank to cash. The checks say "Please cash in 60 days" but they don't say "void after 60 days" My bank would not cash 2 of these che
