i the seller found a buyer for my home. we agreed on a price
and i accepted a deposit. now i want out of the deal.

I recently developed a widget. I named it something that has probably

Punctuation can be very important,
particularly in contracts.
If a company's name is "Blue Inc",
for uniqueness, that could be a protected name,
and could become "Blue Inc, Inc.".
But I don't think "Blue Inc." would be legal.

I get a dividend check about once every 3 months. The checks are so
small that it is not worth making a trip to the bank to cash. The
checks say "Please cash in 60 days" but they don't say "void after 60
days"
