I have a warrant for my arrest for reckless driving, curb, ignoring

This happen over two years ago. This is at the county level.

My mother died 10 years ago. She had a very small amount of stock.
Before she died she put my name on the stock. She knew that I would
share equally with my sister and I have. The stock was worth 60$ a
share when she died but it is only worth about
